Howdy y'all!

I'm Tom. In September of 2010, I left my home, my job, and just about everything else in Charleston, South Carolina to travel a quarter of the way around the world to try and become a physician in Gdańsk, Poland. I have no Polish heritage, don't speak a lick of Polish, and have been out of college for over two years...Wish me luck!

Just a few worthwhile facts...

Yes, I use a Mac...Like everybody else.
In a not-so-distant past, I was a mortician.
I was born and raised in the South, but went to undergrad in Cincinnati. It's too damn hot in Charleston!
